Loosing the extra baggage is hard, but if you are optimistic you can tackle everything. Exercise plays a major role in weight loss. It is the most effective and safest way to lose weight, and keep it off as well. Most of the time, cardio are the best exercise method or routine recommended for weight loss. But you should start things slow. A 15 minute walk will perk you up and then you can start increasing the time and intensity. Including weight lifting after some time will help you tone your muscles and add definition in your body. Food also plays a major role in weight loss. It doesn’t mean that you should not eat anything, food is also energy. And we need energy to pursue work and do other chores. You can eat, but you should eat slowly and feel the food. Food is supposed to be for sustenance and not to be full too much. Just eat the right amount of food that will make you reduce the hunger, not to be full and you will see the results. Losing weight will definitely help you gain confidence, happiness and courage to face the world. It may be hard at first, but if you put your mind and heart into it, you can accomplish your goals for weight loss.
