If all you have in your work place are junk foods, then you must bring your own food to work to enable you stick to your diet. rnIf you have issues with snacking, you can snack at home or work if you want, but instead of eating sweet opt for a fruit plate or some delicious nuts such as pea nuts or sunflower seeds. Drink a minimum of eight glasses of water everyday rnKeep in mind that one of the essential components of healthy living is water. It helps to keep your body refreshed throughout the day, and the best part of it is that it has zero calories. This means you can drink as much as you want and you will not gain a kg. Drink a minimum of 8 glasses of water each day especially a glass before each meal. rnIf you usually have soda with your meals, replace it with water and if you must eat after your dinner then choose something healthy like fruit plate and pea nuts.
