Feel the inner joy when it arises from within you. It can be experienced as the result of an experience in the world that inspires happiness. It can also occur for no outer reason at all.
Recently I have had many experiences where I feel the inner joy for no apparent reason. I paused in order to honor my emotions and I asked myself where it was coming from. There was no outer reason to feel joy at the time.
When I go inside and ask Spirit for guidance on this I get the answer to simply feel the inner joy, enjoy it and let it expand. What a wonderful recipe for happiness! When you feel the inner joy I believe it is an important ingredient in Divine creating.
Sheer Joy in Being
We are so used to feeling inner joy as the result of someone or something outside ourselves. This experience is showing me how joy really is within us as an experience of our spirit. There is a deep richness to this experience when I stay with it and simply allow for the sheer joy in being.
The ego or rational mind has no place here for it only interferes with the experience of sheer joy in being. This is when I feel most connected with God and all living things. We are one!
Pay attention now to the moments when you feel the inner joy. Be aware of what you do with it. Do you go into your head and dismiss it, try to figure out the source of the joy or do you try to ignore it? Are you ready, willing and able to languish in the awesome experience of sheer joy in being?
Receive Your Birthright of Joy
Receive your birthright of joy, love, peace, abundance, perfect health, loving relationships and more. You are a Divine being of love and light, a child of God. Joy is your birthright.
There is no need to work at being good enough to deserve joy. All you need to do is acknowledge your spirit as who you are and receive your birthright of joy.
Let go of limiting beliefs you have about who you are and what you deserve. When you are willing to receive your birthright of joy you begin to live your true potential as a light-filled spirit in physical form.

The energy during the meditation is very loving, compassionate and nurturing which is healing in itself.
Intuitive Readings & Spiritual Guidance
Intuitive Readings are based on the client's questions about relationships, career issues, emotional issues, health issues, attitudes and beliefs, loved ones who have passed on and more. Maureen goes into a meditative state where she accesses specific guidance in answer to the questions being asked. The channeled information she receives during and intuitive reading is spiritual, yet very practical. After a reading with Maureen, individuals feel more relaxed, reassured and more positive about their lives.
Reiki Training & Reiki Healing
In September 1992 Maureen received her first degree Reiki training. After years of practicing Reiki healing in small groups, workshops, centers, and retreats throughout the United States, Maureen received her second degree Reiki and Reiki Master Degree in August 1999.
