Does it feel like no matter what you do- you’re always tired? It seems like you are doing all the right things; exercising, eating healthy foods, a getting plenty of rest. But for some reason, you still feel sluggish and lazy?

If you’re doing all the right things, and still not feeling full of energy, it’s time you need a new detox program! Unfortunately, toxins enter our body from outside sources we can’t control. One of the main culprits is pollution. Another culprit of unwanted toxins is in the foods that we eat. Many foods are filled with artificial ingredients, and chemical preservatives. Toxins can cause a myriad of problems from bloating, indigestion, skin problems, allergies and the list goes on. Luckily for you, there are ways that you can decrease the amount of toxins entering in to you body. This way you can have energy and feel full of life again. There are several ways to detox, here are a few:

1. Go Organic- It’s no secret that most of the food we eat today is full of preservatives and chemicals that can cause allergies, bloating, indigestion, etc. Organic foods are grown naturally and have less chemicals and toxins.

2. Sweat it out- Exercising is not only a natural way to release endorphins, it’s also a way to release toxins. When you engage in rigorous exercise, you sweat out harmful toxins. Saunas are also a great way to rid your body of those unwanted toxins.

3. Drink H20 - I know its cliché, but jugging water on a daily basis helps flush out deadly toxins while keeping you hydrated throughout the day. Many suggest that you should drink 8 glasses to a gallon a day and some say drink half your body weight. Only you know how much water you can drink on a daily basis, find an amount that is good for you and stick with it.

4. Detox Cleanse- There are many detox cleanses on the market. Some cleanses range from 3 days to 30 day cleanses. It depends on your needs and level of toxicity to choose which cleanse is right for you.

When you detox, your body is getting rid of all the toxins and poisons that are causing the unwanted side effects like low energy, fatigue, bloating, skin problems, and the list goes on. If you want to be full of energy and life, you should practice exercising, eating organic foods, and detoxing with natural products on a regular basis. Once you change your detox program you will have more energy, relaxation, and time to do the things you really enjoy!
