Infertility is an issue faced both the women and men. In case of a woman she is considered infertile if she does not conceive even after one year without protection. After the age of 35, a woman is given a trying time for just six months. The doctor has to be immediately contacted if the woman has not conceived for six months. rnAge FactorrnStudies on fertility indicate that man and woman face the problem of infertility. Each of them shares a one third responsibility. Infertility problem is because of one partner or the couple. Sometimes it is beyond them and unexplainable. There are options for fertility treatment in India for both women and men. Infertility in women is generally attributed to the age factor. Chances of conceiving start reducing as the woman crosses thirty years of age. rnThe quality and quantity of the egg in women is very good during the peak years of fertility that is 21to 26. As the woman crosses thirty years of age, the quality of egg reduces. Besides this, issues related to ovulation and imbalances in hormones are other causes related to infertility in women. All across the globe, one of the leading causes is PCOS or the ovarian cyst. Around ten percent of women are affected by this disorder during the child bearing age. For this fertility treatment in India needs to be taken.rnInfertility Causes in Women and MenrnThe other infertility causes in women are endometriosis, uterus problems or blockage in the fallopian tubes. Excessive smoking, drugs and drinking alcohol, which are external factors, can lead to infertility in women above the age of thirty. The good news for infertile women and men going for fertility treatment in India is that this disorder can be treated well. Men too suffer from infertility. rnDue to enlargement of veins on the testicles of men the testicles get heated. This kind of an infertility condition is termed as varicocele. Substantial reduction in sperm occurs as sperms get killed due to overheating of the testicles. Movement of sperms and quality of sperms are some of the problems causing infertility in men. Deformation in the sperm shape could be caused due to injury and this obstructs sperm movement. rnReducing Infertility IssuesrnIn men impotency is caused due to issues related to sexual orientation or ejaculation at a premature time. The first step to treatment is diagnosis. A medical examination is recommended for the couple intending to start a family. When this is done, infertility possibilities get reduced. Instead of approaching the doctor later, it is better to do the check up in advance. Depression set in thus aggravating the infertility problem. rnOptions in treating infertility are many but they should be considered at an earlier stage. To eliminate ovulation problems, fertility drugs like Clomid or Clomiphene Citrate, human Menopausal Gonadotropin, Follicle Stimulating Hormone, Metformin or Bromocriptine are administered. There are advanced options like Intra Uterine Insemination and Assisted Reproductive Therapy to treat infertility. Fertility treatment in India can be successful if taken at the right age and if the couples are in good health.
