Fighting the Virus. Defence face cream and body lotion

I. Defence Face Cream

For the Face Cream, you need the following:

Basic face cream (odourless)
Tea tree oilr
Citrus etheric oilr
Almond etheric oil

Plastic spoonr
Empty jar (preferably made of glass)

Mix well three spoons of the cream with 5-7 drops of the oils in a clean jar. For the best result, use the sharp end of the spoon.

The Defence face cream is ready for use.

Why tea tree oil?
Tea-tree oil has luxurious antibacterial and antiseptic properties.

Why almond essential oil?
Almond essential oil is antioxidant-rich oil, known for its anti-inflammatory and boosts immunity properties.

Why Citrus essential oil?
Lemon essential oil clears your skin, kills harmful viruses and bacteria, and reduces inflammation.

Keep the cream in a tightly closed jar, to prevent the disappearance of the essential oils.

Apply to face, neck and decollete 2-4 times per day.

II. Defence Body Lotion

You need:
Basic body lotion (odourless)
Tea tree oil

Empty jarr
Plastic spoo

Citrus etheric oil: optionalr
Mantel etheric oil: optional

Mix well 1,5 dl of the essential body lotion with 5-7 drops of the tea tree oil (oils) using a plastic spoon. The Defence Body Lotion is ready.

Apply two or more times per day.

A tip 1: since there are fakes, buy etheric oils only in organic stores specialising in the sale of high-grade products. The price for the high-quality tea tree oil (10 ml) starts from five euros ( 5 USD dollars).

A tip 2: Nivea products are an excellent option for the base of the cream and the lotion.
