We have read time and time again about foods for women and/or just foods that we all should eat. Now for the first time a list of foods that are good for the men in our lives and how they are a benefit to them.
Blueberries: This wonderful little fruit is going on the top of the list as it assists in the memory cells and without the memory we wouldn't be able to get them to remember the rest of the great foods to eat. They are very portable for eating anywhere; they are one of the least costly of all seafoods available and need no refrigeration. Sardines may need a little encouragement to be acceptable to some people, however, when mixed in a salad or on a tasty cracker, a little nudge maybe all they need to learn to enjoy these little gems from the sea.
