We have read time and time again about foods for women and/or just foods that we all should eat. Now for the first time a list of foods that are good for the men in our lives and how they are a benefit to them.

Blueberries: This wonderful little fruit is going on the top of the list as it assists in the memory cells and without the memory we wouldn't be able to get them to remember the rest of the great foods to eat. They can be eaten all year long, fresh during their season then unsweetened frozen during off-season. They are oxidation busters and decrease inflammation in all areas of the body.

Sardines: These little fish encourage heart health, they may be little but they are a powerhouse in omega-3 fatty acids and are low in mercury and other contaminants. They are very portable for eating anywhere; they are one of the least costly of all seafoods available and need no refrigeration. Sardines may need a little encouragement to be acceptable to some people, however, when mixed in a salad or on a tasty cracker, a little nudge maybe all they need to learn to enjoy these little gems from the sea.

Brazil Nuts: This nut is one of the richest foods that contain selenium; which is known to reduce the risk of men developing prostate cancer. Selenium needs to be kept at less tha
400 mcg; eating one Brazil nut has 100 mcg so just a couple of these nuts per day will get you just the right about and a tasty and great way to discouraging prostrate cancer.

Sesame Seeds: Here is another great gem of a food, and who knew that they assisted sex drive. They are high in amino acid arginine; which works with nitric oxide that encourages blood flow through the arteries, and that includes all arteries. They can be toasted put on cereal, salads and also you can use tahini; which is sesame seed paste.

Now that the word is out about how our men can increase their health and benefit their physical, mental and emotional health lets all encourage them to eat these foods, so they can live a vibrant daily life.
