I know you want to know how to get a six pack fast. However, you may be overwhelmed by all the information you can find online. I don't want to make things complicated for you, losing weight and achieving six pack is actually easy. Forget all about the fad diets, supplements and expensive equipments. Let me show you how it's done.

1) Weight and Resistance Training - The Key To Six Pack

You have to perform resistance training if you want to get your six pack. The composition of your body muscle will change when you start doing resistance training. It is common to see people spend at least an hour to train in a gym, but you actually need to exercise for less than 30 minutes a day.

The key to eliminate your belly fat and get your six pack lies in the rest of the 23 hours for the day. Resistance training helps to build muscles that can help you to boost your metabolism rate. High metabolism rate means more calories burn throughout the day.

This is the reason why there are experts that claim that you can even burn fat while you sleep. Do remember that having a high metabolism rate can be done so without supplements and pills.

2) Have enough rest

Research had shown that lack of sleep can affect your body ability to metabolize carbohydrates and cause your body to store more fat. It will also lower your body leptin level and cause you to crave for carbohydrates. Lack of sleep is also linked to a higher vulnerability to heart diseases.

3) One Big Secret

You do not need to do countless hours of exercises to get your six pack fast. Most people spent too much time on the thread mill. You can run for hours on the thread mill but get minimal results.

Think about this example. Do you want to have a marathon runner body or a body of a sprinter?

With all due respect to the marathon runners, but if you want to get that six pack fast, there is a much easier way to train instead of running a full 26 miles.

Instead of performing endurance training, do interval training instead. Interval training or Tabata style (short burst) training is much more effective to help you get well defined abs.

The next time when you hit the gym, try this exercise regime instead. Choose any exercise that you want to do and do it as hard as you can for 20 seconds, rest for 10 seconds and repeat the whole process for 8 times.

The regime I had gave you is pretty intensive. I usually perform this regime for 3 set of exercises. The results will be amazing and don't be surprised that you are gasping for your breath after just 12 minutes.
