In addition too, you need to become familiar with what are your triggers, and then you should be able to avoid those trigger foods and drinks that 'set-you-off', so to speak.

Many medical experts say that there are a plethora of treatment options available for those who are looking for help with hot flashes. Some women tend to find that they get great relief from different exercises, including yoga, meditation and relaxation techniques. They are all also great for cooling down your overall body temperature.

Remember, if these approaches are not able to quench your hot flashes then you will still to benefit from these techniques as they will provide you with some other benefits, such as easing those sleep disturbances that can plague you and your menopause sweating.
