Are you making out your cookout plans? But don’t miss out that you have the tools you’ll need for the indoor barbecue at home right now. Then, what’s the point of going out for BBQ and grilling? Why not try making it in your kitchen? Just think of the BBQ selection, such as saucy BBQ chicken, oven-roasted ribs, juicy steaks and charred burgers. You just need to have a pressure cooker or broiler to make these recipes at home. Rosemary-Rubbed Rib-Eye With Charred Red Onions You can remake the same traditional delicious grilled flavor with the help of broiler. You can cook the steaks from inside without burning on the outside by keeping them in the room temperature before broiling. You can cut the steak into slices and serve it with charred red onions. Ingredients Required • Boneless rib-eye steaks (2 ½ oz. & 1 inch thick) • Olive Oil • Fresh Rosemary (Finely chopped) • Garlic powder • Dry mustard • Black pepper & kosher salt • Red onion (1 large, cut into1/3 thick inch slices) Slow-Cooker Pulled Pork Sandwiches If you’re planning to have a gang over for the game night, then this slow-cooker pulled pork sandwiches are the perfect option to go for. As a matter of fact, most of us would love to have a sandwich for dinner, particularly if it contains saucy pulled pork spilling out the sides. Just enjoy it with the both hands and don’t forget to keep lots of napkins along. Ingredients Required • Bone-in pork shoulder, trimmed (4 ½ lb) • Yellow Onion (large, halved and sliced) • Jarred tomato salsa • Vinegar • Light brown sugar (packed) • Cumin (grounded) • Chili powder • Kosher salt • Tomato paste • Hamburger buns (toasted, for serving) Braised Country Style Ribs Are you ready to melt the excess fat and soften tough bits, then you might go for cooking country ribs in the moist heat? Just broil the ribs until browned and then braised with the aromatic veggies and the beer, so they soak up tons of flavor. The braising liquid poured converts in sweet and salty sauce, which glazes and drizzle over the ribs before serving. Ingredients Required For the ribs • Pork ribs (country style, cut into individual meaty ribs, at least 12 to 16) • Lager bottles such as Budweiser (2 ½ oz) • Canola oil • Chopped yellow onion • Celery rib (medium, chopped) • Garlic cloves • Chicken broth (lower salt) • Soy Sauce • Red pepper flakes (crushed) For the sauce • Sugar (light brown, packed) • Mustard (whole-grain) • Vinegar (Balsamic) Burger With Sun-Dried Tomato, Mayo If truth be told, burgers are synonymous with summers especially. But it doesn’t mean that you can’t have them otherwise. You can cook these burgers quickly with the sun dried tomato, mayo under the broiler. Required Ingredients • Mayonnaise • Sun-dried tomatoes (oil packed, minced) • Lemon juice (fresh) • Garlic cloves (minced) • Sugar (granulated) • Black pepper (freshly grounded) • Kosher salt • Beef (1 ¼ lb, preferably 80 percent lean) • Two lightly packed cups of Arugula (2 oz.) • Worcestershire sauce • Hamburger bun (brioche preferably) Maple & Chipotle Broiler Barbequed Chicken Thighs This dish mimics the zest of the barbecued chicken made in your home’s oven broiler. You will never miss the grill between the sweet hot barbecue sauce and the smoky spice rub. For the sauce • Maple syrup • Ketchup • Unsulphured molasses (mild) • Vinegar (cider) • Chipotle chilies (minced) • Dry mustard • Garlic powder • Onion powder • Worcestershire sauce For the chicken • Paprika (sweet smoked) • Dark brown sugar (packed) • Garlic powder • Onion powder • Chipotle powder • Black pepper & Kosher salt • Bone-in skinned chicken thighs (3 lb.) • Vegetable oil
