Yoga balances your body, breath, emotions and intellect. Your muscles are stretched long in an anatomically correct position, and your stabilizing muscles are trained to support this posture all the time, not just when you're working out. If you're unknowingly making any mistakes in strength training, yoga will correct that in a few sessions. Yoga also learns how to unhealthy habits such as overeating can control. I never knew my back sometimes hurts the liberals were not just part of being needed. My body still looked thinner and best of all - the stiffness was gone from my neck (where I store my stress) and I felt a new peace and security. In every city you can find a beginners yoga class - just look in the yellow pages. They can cost $ 5 to $ 15 per square. You can also buy the video when the time is a barrier, film or most other video stores. Be sure and start a tape for beginners, and then work your way to a more advanced level.
