You would think with internet access, television programs, and countless “healthy” magazines staring at us from the grocery line, we would all be familiar with the best foods for weight loss. If only that were true.

Some people are still labouring under the assumption that popping diet pills or gulping down a miracle drink is the only way to shed those pounds when in fact they can eat their way to weight loss.

Here are some of the best foods for weight loss which are easily accessible at your supermarket.
