Bhutan is small but very picturesque country located at the eastern part of Himalayan Mountains. The country is famous for the scenic lush green valleys, ice capped snow peaks, Buddhist heritage, rare wildlife, tradition and culture. It is the natural home of barking deer, wild boars, sambars, Himalayan black bears, leopards and red foxes. Black Mountains National Park a famous wildlife reserve of the country also located in the adjacent of Phobjikha valley. The park preserves the various impressive varieties of plants and animals. Some common animals in the reserve are like tigers, Himalayan black bears, leopards, red pandas, gorals, wild pigs, etc.

Bumthang Valley rnThis is the largest valley in Bhutan. Bumthang incorporates four beautiful valleys. White Bird Dzong located at the top of the hill offer the stunning views of Bumthang. The region also incorporates various important religious places of country. Some most famous are the Tales of Guru Padma Sambhava are the most important shrines in Bumthang. The valley is also home for the various other sacred places like Jambay, Kurjey, Tamshing, Kenchosum and other monasteries.
