Mumbai has been one of the dream cities for every citizen of India as most of them think about settling down in the maximum city at some point of time in their life. The reason why most of them prefer to buy a flat in Mumbai is simple because of the lavish and fascinating lifestyle it offers; not to forget the comfort of living in a city which fulfils almost most of your desires and experiences. Mumbai has several suburbs which have flats available at variable rates. Some are way too elite to fit for the rich class while some are affordable for the middle class as well. Although lately, there has been a significant rise in the rates of flats in Mumbai and the rates keep increasing every quarter of the year. Flats in Mumbai differ a lot in the price range because of the quality and benefit every suburb provides. While some suburbs offer transport benefits, some have a great luxurious lifestyle. There are also a few suburbs a little far away from the city (Navi Mumbai Thane) which has flats at dirt cheap prices but there do have a disadvantage of being too far and citing travelling disadvantages. Residential property in Mumbai is although a great investment and many people who love to invest in flats as many find it necessary to buy several flats in Mumbai due to the forever increasing property rates. Also, with the large availability of flats in and around Mumbai, some of them either tend to buy it or take it on rent if buying tends to be expensive. Even though the rates of flats and properties has been on the rise in the pas 4 5 years, there has still been a rise of real estate in Mumbai as more and more people still buy the flats seeking potential investment. Moreover, with several new luxuries like malls, transportation benefits like The Metro Rail as well as improvement of other basic amenities to give a good lifestyle to the Mumbaikars has also made many citizens buy a flat in Mumbai and start a life in this maximum city. There are many suburbs that have literally transformed the art of living in a great style with beautiful flats and pure ambience to live in. Andheri/Juhu has been a prime area for the elite to boo ka flat at a great cost and stay close to the beach as well as the airport. The suburbs on the other side of Borivli however continue to offer cheap rates for flats although the travelling from trains factor comes into play making it an unpleasant experience. The Metro rail development though has surged and boosted the prospects of buying flats in Mumbai which used to be neglected before due to travelling problems in the city. But today we have many areas like Ghatkopar as well as navi Mumbai getting an impetus when it comes to buying flats at a good price.
