WHY US?
Florida Team ExpertsnMelanie Rutkin and Mercy Reyes-Rubin met on November 18, 2005, in a seminar on how to set-up an inte
et website and how to use the computer for marketing listings. The class was given by our Board of Realtors. When we started talking we noticed right away we have similar goals in the real estate business. We noticed the general public still needs professional real estate agents to guide and inform them of the constant changes in real estate. This bond create the idea to work together and create a team that still holds the old principal of life “LOVE WHAT YOU DO” and “CARE FOR OTHERS”. We got together in November 5, 2006, to create an action plan on how to work together with our clients in mind and how it would profit the clients having two people working for them. We created a 5-year business plan with pro-active daily activities and real budget and marketing outline for success. We called it Customer Focus. Our whole plan is to give what the client needs and what is missing in our today market. So we know everything we do is custom to our clients specified needs. n

When Will Current Mortgage Rates Rise?
All things being equal, current mortgage rates will remain low as long as the Federal Reserve allows them to remain low. Even with a variety of other factors used to determine current mortgage rates, there is no greater influence on current mortgage rates than the Federal Reserve. When it comes time to purchase a new home, now might be the best time in history. There’s little room for argument considering the combination of low home values, historically low current mortgage rates, and the federal government’s $8,000 tax credit for first-time homebuyers.
