In a perfect world we’d all be doing every single thing that we were supposed to be doing at just the right time each and every day of our lives, but we certainly are not living in that kind of a world nor will we ever. You can’t expect to be able to juggle all the pieces of the health and wellness puzzle all at the same time and live your life with all your other chores, obligations and ins and outs of your days.

Let’s get real, shall we? Let’s call a spade a spade and see the light. Let’s learn to focus our behavior on the elements and happenings in our lives that are positive, working for us at the moment and moves in the right direction. You can’t always make the correct decision all the time, am I right? Although you wish you could work out four times a week perhaps for some it just doesn’t happen, am I right? You do your dandiest to ward off foods that are not becoming of weight loss, but once in a while you just can’t help it, do you hear what I’m saying? So let’s learn to direct our daily attention to what you are doing really well at sculpting into a habit that seems to take stock in your life. Let’s stop worrying about what you aren’t doing and take time to focus on what you are doing really well. Which ingredients below ring your success bell today?

~I am doing stellar at being in a positive state of mind.

~I am doing fantastic at saying “no” to others’ requests.

~I am doing great at including exercise into my day.
~I am doing super at writing in my journal.
~I am doing amazing at preparing the night before for the next day.
~I am doing so well at washing my fruits and veggies so they are ready on the fly.
~I am doing exceedingly well at contemplating my accomplishments.
~I am doing splendid at being kind to myself.
~I am doing wonderful at downsizing my life.
~I am doing magnificent at taking one moment at a time.
~I am doing terrific at choosing healthy foods to eat.

You know what they say “positive experiences foster great things down the line.” OK, that would be what I say. Anyway, you are going to exert energy regardless so why not put that fuel to superb use and foster your aptitude toward the elements of what’s working for you on any given day.
