Where ARE you Right Now? YOU are perhaps where I once was. Maybe you are disparate steps ahead. After all, up to about 10 years ago I hadn't even set foot in a gym! As a late convert I have renewed energy and really enjoy the time I give to exercise each day. Right now you may despise the very thinking of it. That's fine. I DO believe - After all, I've been there myself. I'm going to level with you... Unless your mind is open to change, you will not get far with training. There needs to be a defining second that makes you think 'I WANT to do this' - such as deciding to follow a successful exercise plan. If you pull your heels and enter into a course of change with a weighty heart and a sense of pessimism, you are likely to fail. After all, who sticks with something they don't enjoy? It's easy to put exercise to the back of your mind and neglect about it. Our exacting lives have led us to draw back from any form of struggle because we assure ourselves that we are just too exhausted at the end of the day to get out there and be active. No one can make that decision excepting you.
