Food for backpacking should have following properties. First it should be nutritious and also has a great taste. Second it should be stored for long term use. Third it should come in ready-to-use form and fourth it should be suitable for people of all ages. When going out for camping, you should go prepared so that you can withstand any exigency. When preparing for emergency, food security comes first.Outdoor enthusiasts should first ensure that they don’t run out of nutritious meal. If caught in an unwanted situation like heavy downpour and cyclone, they would get no opportunity to use their cooking accessories.
