Secondly divide the meals into six equal halves so that you won’t overload your stomach at a time and religiously use virgin olive oil in your home made dressing. Plenty of researches have proved that adding oatmeal for breakfast every morning will reduce high cholesterol. If the still the problem persists then refer to the health practitioner. Having high level of cholesterol leads to cardiovascular problems, it is related to the circulatory system, which comprises of heart and blood vessels and carrying nutrients and oxygen to the tissues of the body. But the cardiovascular diseases are conditions that affect the heart and blood vessels and include arteriosclerosis. But now there is nothing to worry about the disease because with the advancements of science and technology very successful cardiovascular surgery has been invented with the non invasive method. There are various types of cardiovascular problems like the coronary heart disease, cardiomyopathy, hypertensive heart disease, heart failure, inflammatory heart disease, valvular heart diseases, and peripheral arterial disease. However with the increasing number of critical state and the involvement of the critical care physician the demand of the cardiac surgeon is ever increasing. They are specialist concerned with the conditions of the heart that is called cardiac surgery and lungs. The work activity of the cardiac surgeon include analyzing and maintaining patient records, carrying out a variety of surgical operations, though they are typically concerned with valves and arteries. The cardiac surgery also includes transplant of the vital organs such as heart, which is becoming more common. No matter what type of operation it is, it is definitely used to make a difference in people live. There are many patients who are apprehensive about the questions like will the cardiac surgeon cut my rib to get me operated or will open the chest by cutting it.
