A lot of the people that I have come across often skip their meals and starve themselves just to lose weight. This is not the correct way to lose weight as it might harm your health. Experts always recommend people to eat every meals even they are trying to lose weight. You might be wondering, eating food can help you to lose weight? What kind of nonsense is that, even a kid knows that eating equals to gaining weight. Well it is certainly true that eating equals to gaining weight. When you consume more calories than the amount you burned away means gaining weight. You will lose weight when you consume less calories than the amount you burned away. This is a simple logic that even a kid can understand. When I say that you should be eating to lose weight does not means eating 5 meals per day. You have to control what you eat everyday and eat less, not skipping meal. You should eat food that contain less calories than the amount you burned away. When it come to what food that you should eat, many people become clueless. Most of the people like to eat food that will increase our weight. So, do we really have to stop eating our favourite food to lose weight? We need to eat vegetables everyday to lose weight? Thinking of your favorite food even in your dream? Why do you have to suffer so hard just to lose your weight? That is not the case, you can still eat cheese cake and lose weight. Wait a minute, I just say eat food that have less calories than you burned away right? Yes, you can eat cheese cake and lose weight. You just have to eat less and keep track of the amount of calories that you have consume. Make sure it does not exceed the amount of calories you burned away. I know of only one way to effectively lose weight and still be able to eat the foods you like. At bye2fats.cz.cc I found the only nutrition program that makes any sense at all. It has help me to lose weight without having a headache what food that I should or should not eat. I can even eat my favourite cheese cake and lose weight.
