Here is a wonderful and inexpensive formula that works great for healing GI distress. These 3 herbs are very easy to find and when mixed together do a super job of healing GI distress, stomachaches, nausea, gastric reflux, helps with gastric ulcers and other GI problems.

Ingredients:

2 - Parts Organic Slippery Elm Powder - Slippery elm is an herb that’s made from the inner bark of the red elm tree. Slippery elm is one of the best herbs for treating all kinds of GI tract problems including gastric ulcers and intestinal irritations. Slipper elm creates a mucilaginous balm in the GI tract that’s very healing, and slippery elm is also great for gas, gastric reflux, and heartburn. Plus slippery elm helps with constipation and it’s very soothing for the whole body. Slippery elm is also great for soothing the urinary tract, throat, and vaginal irritations. Slippery elm is also important for soothing and healing the lungs from bronchitis and asthma. And slippery elm has been used as a gruel for the elderly and babies that have GI distress.

2 - Parts Organic Marshmallow Root Powder - Marshmallow Root is one of my favorite herbs, it’s very soothing to the GI tract and the urinary tract. Marshmallow Root is anti-inflammatory in action and creates a soothing balm that heals the body. It also works well for inflamed skin, gastric reflux, gastritis, diarrhea, indigestion, peptic ulcers, Crohn’s disease, urinary inflammation, urethritis, and also coughing and asthma.

1 - Part Organic Activated Charcoal Powder - Activated Charcoal is a very common way of dealing with GI problems to cleans away toxic substances from the body. Activated charcoal is very absorbent and will take care of certain types of poisons. Activated charcoal works well for nausea, vomiting, colic, diarrhea, and acid reflux and it can help those who suffer from diverticulitis, peptic ulcers, and even bad breath. Activated charcoal is great for taking care of gas and the pain associated with gas. And activated charcoal can be used for detoxing the body and for cleansing the colon. Activated charcoal is also a universal antidote for many poisons and toxins.

Activated charcoal will absorb viruses, bacteria, and yeast infections and thus helps a person to start to feeling better if they have food poisoning. And those suffering from gout and arthritis can also be helped by using activated charcoal. There was even a doctor back in the 1800’s that in order to prove how powerful activated charcoal was drank a mixture of strychnine and activated charcoal and he was totally fine… that’s the power of activated charcoal.

Making - Take all three powders and mix them accordingly - one part activated charcoal powder, 2 parts slippery elm and 2 parts marshmallow root. This powder mixture can be placed in capsules or the powder can be taken just as a powder with some water or juice. Please mix thoroughly because activated charcoal does not mix well with water. And this mixture will start to thicken so drink it down as soon as possible.

Dose - Take 4 to 6 - 400 mg capsules 4 or 5 times a day. Or take a 1/2 teaspoon of the powder mixture mixed with water or juice 4 or 5 times a day.

Finding - All of these herbs can be found on-line by googling each herb and can even be found on Amazon and Ebay. And herbs can be ordered by the pound to make this formula in large amounts thus making it very inexpensive.

Enjoy this healing formula for the GI tract.

Many Blessings to Everyone!
