For a very long time, I tried denying this fact and reassuring myself that it was normal for a man to have belly fat and to be a little chubby, but the truth is that men boobs don’t look sexy on a man and belly fat is terribly annoying and embarrassing. Here is what you can do about your annoying belly fat: The first shortcut to getting rid of your belly fat is to cut on fat foods. Fat foods are the reason why you’ve got a fat belly in the first place. Do you know why? Because your body preferred storage material is fat! Your body craves fat and loves it because it’s so easy to store and doesn’t require a lot of energy to convert and burn, it can be burnt immediately when needed. That’s why eating things like burgers and fries are terrible for your belly fat. Avoid them! I know, it is a very tough thing to do, but the reason for such a radicle shift of diet is that if you do not cut on these foods, no matter what you are going to do and eat, you will not achieve much. You need to eat a lot of garlic, it has been showed to be a natural fat burner. The second shortcut to losing your belly fat is to drink green tea. Green tea has been proven scientifically to burn calories for you while you are doing nothing. Scientists will say that it raises your resting energy expenditure. This means that when you are resting, your body is going to burn more energy. Drink five big cups of green tea a day, no sugar and no added stuff, just close your eyes and swallow it. This will do the trick. The third shortcut to losing the belly fat is to take the stairs instead of taking the lift. This will sound like a small thing to do, but if you live in a big city, you are going to suffer a lot. This is a great way to make you lose your fat every single time you go to work. The fourth shortcut to losing the bely fat is to eat garlic. Garlic has been too proven scientifically to raise your resting energy expenditure and to make you lose fat while you are sleeping too. The annoying thing about garlic is that it has a pungent smell, down below; you are going to find some amazing alternatives that will help you a lot, try them.
