Exercise makes you sweat which opens your pores in the process and purifies your skin. It helps you in dropping stress by rating up our blood circulation which may contribute to acne outbreaks. By transferring more oxygen to skin cells, it flushes out waste materials from skin. As every exercise ends up in taking a shower or bath, so body gets cleaner. Yoga is also helpful as it acts as a relief from stress and depression of life which cause acne.
