In our busy life, I am the one who seeking for something help and support my day. I am looking for something easy and healthy and I finally found the answer; it is "Fresh Juice".

According to a study of juice, it told that fresh juice is the best for starting our day as it does really help to refresh, reboot, and clean up inside system. It makes us fresh and prompt to face the world. Drinking fresh juice in the morning about 10 minutes before breakfast returns us all benefits of the juice as its vitamins are easily absorbed. By the way, there is another choice for anyone who always hits the morning rush hour; you can also have some juice after meal but slowly sipping all day.rnThe recent study published in The American Journal of Medicine told that all nutrients and vitamins are really good for our brain. People who drank fresh juice 3 or more serving a week had 76% lower risk of Alzheimer's disease which is lower than people who rarely or never drank. The result of this study is the best supporting tool to persuade people to drink fresh juice more and more.rnAs we already know that vitamins in each vegetable and fruit are different and each type of vitamin gives the different benefits, so the benefits of the juice are not limited to the brain only. I have prepared some juice recipes to share with you guys and hope they will be useful and help you get a better life.

1. Beetroot Juice - A brain refresher
Nitrogen compounds in the red of beet help open blood vessel up and increase blood flow throughout the body and also the brain. An early study of Australia found that people who drank beet juice every morning had lower blood pressure in brain and better memory also.

2. Grapefruit Juice – A fat burner
Grapefruit means all sour fruits. Grapefruit has a special chemical characteristic as an acid which is working as a fat burner and decreasing the level of insulin, the real root cause of higher weight. Regarding to the study of America, it found that people who sipped grapefruit juice before every meals without a diet got lower weight for 1.5 plus kilograms within 3 months.

3. Tomato Juice – A bone bank
The Canadian scientist found that lycopene in tomato juice is like a bank of bone as it is full of calcium and phosphorus which help in teeth and bone building up. If we drink tomato juice every day, we will amazingly get the same level of calcium as drinking milk. Especially for elder women, they should drink tomato juice 2 serving a day more than 4 months to avoid the brittle bones.

4. Orange Juice – A heart care
Flavonoid in orange juice helps to decrease a bad fat (LDL) and increase a good fat (HDL) which directly effect to cholesterol decreasing. In addition, the scientist of Brazil found that orange juice is good for blood vessel health and help to prevent heart disease as well.

5. Lemon Juice – Kidney stone prevention
Drinking 8 oz. of lemon juice mixed with still water in every meal promotes kidney to produce more bile for better work of digestive system. Furthermore, the study of California San Diego Kidney Stone Center informed that drinking lemon juice everyday helps to dissolve the stone, eliminate bad bacteria, and reduce phosphoric acid to 0.13% which is good for our health.

6. Pineapple Juice – Joint care
Refer to the study published as “Cellular and Molecular Life Sciences”, it found that Bromelain enzyme in pineapple helps to treat all joints and relieve the Sinusitis, Bronchitis, Rheumatoid arthritis, and Bursitis by restraining the growth of bacteria. Moreover, vitamin C in pineapple juice also helps to reduce the risk of Gingivitis and Periodontal disease which caused heart disease and stroke as well.

Because of the benefits explained, there is no doubt why fresh juice is my favorite drink. It brings more than the benefits but it gives a better life. Just drink some juices every day and you will find out a wonderful life brought to you by the happiness of healthy owner.
