From Mind to Heartn
H ave you ever been controlled by your mind?
Has your mind ever controlled you?
Are you allowing your mind to control you?

How about letting go of control Right Now? Once and for all giving up the need to control. What would happen? Is your heart pounding as you think about giving up control?

What is the pleasure in giving up control?
How about choosing to be vulnerable and allowing your heart to speak?

Each question is a question and a statement to awaken you, Now.

Right now we all have choice. Choice as to what we think, how we think and why we think at all.
Right now we all have choice to choose our hearts desire to be Open, Vulnerable and Loving.

Right now I invite you to choose one person in your life that you would like to be Open to.
Right now I invite you to write down this person's name.
Right now I invite you to choose Courage instead of Fear.
Right now I invite you to choose to call this person, set up a time of Oneness and sharing and npour your heart out in such a way that you empty your mind. Empty your mind in such a waynthat creates clarity within you and a bonding between you and your partner.
Know that with your intention to be Love everything will work out fine.
Know that you are in charge of your every action and reaction.
Know that you have the power within you to transform your being.

And know that as you empty your thoughts you will awaken your Heart to what Is. Remember this, I am Not asking you to throw up on your partner. I am not asking you to dump your problems on your friend, partner, associate and so on. I am simply inviting you to be present and share in a Loving and Clear way.

"Empty out the old, create a bond and allow a New to take place".

You are in charge of creating the moment. What will you choose? To ignore this Insight or to take action and own your Personal Power. Do what feels good to you for you are worthy and deserving of living in the moment as the breathing flower of life.
