Laminar air flow is one of the most important equipments used by scientists and researchers to purify the quality of air in various laboratories and as well as it is used for industrial purposes. As we all know that even a smallest amount contamination can severely impact the experiments that are being performed in a laboratory which involves cells, tissues and microbes. There are equipments that somehow provide a solution and one of them is Clean Room Equipments. But it is not always advisable to use it, as this equipment consumes a lot of energy.
Laminar air flow is the most convenient alternative solution for maintaining a sterilized environment and is used worldwide. One of the most important features of a laminar air flow is the HEPA Filter, which allows only unidirectional flow of air preventing recirculation of microbes apart from keeping impurities at bay. The equipment not only maintains a sterilized environment but also protects the user from possible infections.
ACMAS Technocracy (P) Ltd. Is one of the leading manufacturer and supplier of laboratory equipments in India and abroad? The company specializes in both standard and customized models of laminar air flow designed to cater each and every research sector. Laminar air flow is of extreme importance to the laboratory, as in every laboratory there are delicate samples that are prone to get infected, which can obliterate the entire experiment that is being performed.
The vertical laminar air flow models are basically classified into three groups depending on their capability of eliminating microbes and particulate matter 0.5 micron in size or larger.
1.Vertical laminar air flow class 100 is capable of maintaining the particulate density of less than 100 particles per cubic foot in the working area, providing a very sterile atmosphere for experiments.
2.Vertical laminar air flow class 10,000 is capable of maintaining the particulate density of less than 10,000 particles per cubic feet at the work station.
3.Vertical laminar air flow class 100,000 models can maintain a particulate density of less than 100,000 particles per cubic feet in the sterile chamber.
The vertical laminar air flow from ACMAS is designed to produce less noise and disturbances due to vibration and is perfect for versatile usage. The model has an ergonomic design and conforms to US Federal Standard 209 B.
The vertical laminar airflow is used in the electronics industries and other manufacturing sectors as well.
