“Here is a daily plan with rituals for a peaceful, harmonious, and joyous life”
A lot of people drag themselves out of bed at 7AM go to the bathroom and clean up. Then drink some coffee and grab something to eat while running out the door. Then they work all day and grab fast food for lunch and head back to work. And then get off work and have some more fast food before heading home and then watching TV until 1AM.

But does this process create joy?

The answer is No— it doesn’t make most people happy but they keep doing the same things over and over again with the expectation that things will get better. But in reality in order to have something better we have to change. Change our life, change who we are deep down inside and change our way of living.

Here is a better way.

Get up at 6AM and say a short prayer, and then go to the bathroom and get ready for the day. Then sit down and meditate for 45 minutes and pray for 15 minutes. This sets the tone for the day and calms the mind/body and thus we have a great day. Then we can make a powerful energetic breakfast of raw fruit, raw fruit juices, and quinoa or some other grain, all of which are full of positive vibrational energy. And just before eating saying a prayer of gratitude for our abundance… and then going off to work.

At work whenever our mind is not busy we fill our mind with the name of God. Be it Jesus, Buddha, Krishna or any of the other 2,000 names. It just has to be a personal name of God, more than just the name “God”. And saying that name silently over and over again to ourselves thousands of times daily. If we are thinking about some project of something else that’s fine. But most of the time we allow our mind to wander and that creates stress. But when we fill our mind with the name of God we always feel good and amazing miracles happen in our life.

Then for lunch we have a wonderful salad which has wonderful vibrational energy and say a prayer of gratitude just before eating. And throughout the day having snacks of fresh raw fruits and veggie which uplift and fill our bodies with powerful energy. And of course drinking lots of pure water all day long.

And when we come home the first thing we do is go sit down in a private place meditate for 45 minutes and say some prayers for 15 minutes. Then we make dinner full of lots of great veggies, legumes, and grains which are full of lots of vital vibrational energy and just before eating saying a short prayer of gratitude.

Then we play with the kids, take care of mom and dad, and have some connection time with our spouse. And work on our hobbies and call friends and loved ones and strengthen relationships. At 10PM it’s time for bed, then we go to the bathroom and get ready for bed, say a short prayer, and climb into bed and read few pages of a spiritual book that we enjoy… and thus we fall asleep feeling peaceful and sleep deeply.

Many Blessings to Everyone!
