Over the past few weeks cause I was contacted by the three landscape gardeners, and they all have debt problems, and was now looking for a solution.
I do not know why there was a rush of people working with this type of calling for help now. It may be coincidence, or it may be some symptom of wider problems.
Individuals seeking help from me, all said that they had to drop off the trade, it was the work of local government and private employment mix. One of the debtors were insolvent on the personal guarantee liabilities, it was built as a joint stock company is not a business that folded result.
This is not necessarily a problem of debt. The problem arises when there is failure to meet minimum monthly payment loans. Many borrowers have trouble when the loans were made to help finance companies can not be repaid, because the income of the business did not fall.
When the income of the business value decreased, the business owner will generally continue to take the job because it will be necessary to fund the family home. If there is not enough income, business, and then we often find that credit card numbers are then used to prop up the family business to fill the financial gaps.
This cycle leads to a growing debt problem to escalate, as more credit needed to finance the credit taken and, therefore, takes place. Eventually leads to a situation where there is no more money to pay off all debts, and that is when I get called in.
If you are a landscape gardener, or any small craftsman, there are three main solutions for you. If you have a decent income still to come, then you can go into a debt management plan that will stabilize your payments for several months while you try to balance their finances.
If you know you're going to have a steady income for a longer period of time, and you have serious structural debt, IVA, then 60 months might be the solution you need. You have to be cautious about this route, because it is easy for all of your personal circumstances can change. However, it is not so easy to change your IVA proposal and therefore it may be that you have to pay £ 000's much endlessly.
