Acne is a trouble that many people face. This medical condition causes scars and spots on the face which leave back marks and blemishes on it. Vitamin A, vitamin E and vitamin C are all good sources in order to avoid the outbreak of such a situation. Vitamin B12 – is very specifically beneficial in this case. What is does is that it increases the immunity of the body towards this particular illness, and makes the flesh more firm. As a result, it should be very well be included in the diet. Vitamin A – it contains good amounts of antioxidants, what happens is that something that is known as sebum is responsible for blocking the pores that exist in the skin. When this secretion is produced, it does not allow these minute openings to function properly and do their job of giving the skin space and air to breathe enough. As a result, it starts to degrade and the condition only worsens from thereon. Tomatoes, carrots, sweet potatoes, milk and strawberries are all considered to be rich sources of it. Vitamin E – this one is similar to vitamin A. it helps in providing protecting form any kind of damage. Similarly, it is also known to help in repairing any kind of harm that has been caused, such as a scratch or a mark. There are many good sources from which it can be consumed. They include olive, sunflower seeds, and even dry fruits such as almonds and peanuts. Vitamin C – this help to form collagen which is very vital necessity for ensuring that the skin is rather fresh, smooth and healthy. The texture of the skin is kept in check by it, and thus it is useful in making sure that there is a glow and a bright, shining look as far as the appearance is concerned. There are a lot of fruits and vegetables of different and many kinds that are a good source of this. They include kiwis, broccoli, strawberry, papaya and even oranges. Thus, in this way, vitamins are an important way of keeping away acne and even providing a treatment for it.
