German Chamomile is a very Gentle, very versitile oil.

Botanical Name--Matricaria chamomilla

Chemical Constituents--Bisabolol, Farnesol, Azulene, Farnasene, Thujanol, bisabolol oxisde A, bisabolol oxide B, and bisabolone oxide.

Medicinal Uses**--Kills intestinal worms, lice and mites. More effective on adults for curing inflammations tha
Roman. Cures dysfunctions of the circulatory system, stimulate circulation and detoxifies the blood therby helping cure ailments like Rheumatism, Arthritis etc. Keeps the nerves and the nervous system in a state of good health and proper functioning.

Use for muscular pain, arthritic inflamed joints, sprains, inflamed tendons, and swollen painful joints in bursitis. It is a good remedy for urinary stones. It is suggested for the stimulation and restoration of the liver and gall bladder indicated by poor appetite, slow painful digestion and distention. It has also been found useful as a stimulant for leucocytosis and engorgement of the spleen.

Use compresses, massage and baths for menstrual pain and menopausal problems. Can also assist with headaches, insomnia, and migraines. Helpful for allergies, boils, cuts, dermatits, earaches, inflammation, insect bites, teething pain toothaches, and wounds.

A very powerful anti inflammatory due to presence of a compound called Azulene. Have analgesic properties and efficiently reduce pain in muscles and joints, headache, sinus, toothache, bone injuries etc. They are also very effective in giving relief in the severe pain of Neuralgia.

Skin Care--Sooths the skin. Helpful for acne, burns, dermatitis, eczema, scalp irritation, rashes, burns and sensitive skin. Safety Information--Generally nontoxic, nonirritant, and non-sensitizing. May cause dermatits in some individuals. No specific threats noticed, except that it should be avoided if someone has allergies with it or with any other member of Ragweed Family, to which Camomile belongs.
