Yep, I see you…

You have fallen off your perch…

Everything you want seems to be getting further and further away from you…

You feel abandoned, alone, fed up!

Actually fed up is such a small word compared to how you really do feel!

You feel broken!

Yep, that is it, BROKEN!

As though nothing you have ever done is worth anything…

And yet, there is still this longing in your breast for more…

And you want to snuff it out, to try to be like everyone else around you but you can’t…

Well, you could if you really tried but you know that that would mean killing yourself off and there may be no return from that except to know that you have not lived when you come to die…

To go to the grave knowing that you never really gave it your all…

Because you were afraid!

So afraid that you would go all out and you would fail

And so you failed…

YOU FAILED because you tried not to fail.

Leader, get back on the horse!

Yep, I know you feel shaken and stirred beyond the ability of any one person to handle but you can handle it…

I know because I handle it…

Some days, only barely, but I handle it and you can too…

Every day, I live this crazy life where I wake up and I get my kicked, wounded, bloodied self back up on the horse because I must!

Because I want to!

I even laugh at that phrase at times…

Because some hear me say it, sing it, and think that that must mea I am selfish and it is all about me and what I want…

They envision this life of ease and selfish pursuits…

And yes it can be…

When I get over my need to be accepted long enough just to be me…

When I get over the need to find love from people who are not my people…

When I tap completely into Source and I fearlessly go after the big vision…

Without fear, without distractions…

When I stop second guessing and doubting myself so much…

Then yes, it is powerful, fun, amazing…

But I am only human…

I fail sometimes…

FAIL DISMALLY!

Fail more than those people realise…

But each time, I fail, I get back up and I keep moving forward, bloodied, crying, wailing, I GET BACK UP!

Because I have a dream…

A crazy BIG dream…

One where everyone gets to live life the way they want to live…

One where everyone is free from guilt, shame, fear of punishment from a God who is not out to punish anyone…

One where there is no manipulation, there is only freedom…

Because in that world, there is no hunger, no fear, no wars, none of the horrible stuff…

There is a recognition that abundance is all around us…

And we need not fight each other anymore…

Because we can all have, be, do what we want…

Because actually, there is no mistake about anyone on this planet at this time…

We all fit together nicely when we are doing what we are here to do…

We are all part of the jigsaw puzzle and if we would let go of fear, we would see it…

How we all make the world a better place just by being ourselves…

Yes, The ‘Because I want to’ life is always about what I want…

Or else what kind of a stupid life would that be if I just did things because it was what others wanted!

And I know that to most norms, they tell themselves that that is the noble way to live but really it is not…

It is the weak way to live…

The way of least resistance because then everyone likes you and you can pretend to be of use but all you are doing is pleasing other people and never ever going to the depths of yourself to see what your life is supposed to be about…

Ignoring the longings in your heart to be all you can be, in order to just keep everyone happy!

What a weak SILLY life!

And the world misses out when you live that way…

And yet, you want to go there, Leader?!

Really?!

Why?! Because today it seems easier to find a magical way to get everyone to like you so that you don’t have to be the hardass that stands for something…

The crazy person who chooses to WIN AT LIFE completely!

And then in the winning, you find that you have served people, not just pleased them…

You have actually been of use!

Look at the world we live in…

Take a good long look at it!

It is breaking!

Because everyone is going here, there, everywhere trying to be something they are not…

Scared of really living!

Scared that they will miss out on something and so they miss out on EVERYTHING!

But people can be healed…

Our world can be healed…

By who?

By you!

By you waking up, getting back up on the horse and doing what you are here to do…

By me, waking the fuck up and getting back up on my horse and doing what I am here to do…

Regardless of what others think or say about us…

Regardless of the best way the marketing gurus tell us to do things…

Regardless of the fear, the self-doubt, the debt, the Feelings that threaten to rip you apart at times…

We get up and we do what we are here to do!

Not the fake, shadow version that seems safe but that just keeps us broken and bloodied but getting nowhere…

If we must feel broken and bloodied, let it at least be taking us SOMEWHERE!

What the heck is the point of spending an incredible amount of energy maintaining a life we do not even want?!

Where is the joy in that?

Leader, yes, you feel broken and fed up and all of that stuff…

But get back up on the horse anyway!

GET BACK UP!

Your real life is found by showing up every day and doing your real work…

Not the fake, safe work you do that makes you feel safe but unhappy!

Will you heed the call?

Or will you keep pretending to play full out while knowing deep inside that you are not giving it your all?

This life is confronting…

You will want to run from it…

But if you don’t, you will experience a joy that goes deeper than anything else…

You will experience wealth, true wealth whatever that means to you…

So leader, now choose to fight for, to deliberately design the life you are born to live…

Because you want to.

Deep down, there is a call to BE YOU and express that ‘YOU’ in the world…

Fight for that opportunity…

Fight your natural tendencies to wimp out and settle for less…

Get back on the horse and continue with the self-discovery…

Rip off the layers that the need to please others has placed on you…

Rediscover you, the real you!

And let that YOU shine through…

Yes, BECAUSE YOU WANT TO!
