I am sure you can relate with the problem of doing hours of cardio along with 100’s of crunches and sit-ups.
The problem is that most workout plans seem to not focus on the abdominal area since it is the hardest to achieve results in.
So when looking for a workout program I wanted to find something that would give me the abs I always desired. On my search for the proper program I came to The Truth About Six Pack Abs.
This program has been developed by Mike Geary who works as a personal trainer and nutritionist. His program has already gone out to over 263,000 people in 154 different countries.
The program is broken up into two different parts when trying to get the abs you want. First off is the nutrition segment that only makes sense to start with.
I think we all have figured out eating McDonalds everyday isn’t going to let you lose weight no matter how diligently you work out. I found the information to be very informative and easy to understand unlike many workout and nutritional books.
Of course the bread and butter of the course is the exercise section of the book. You can really start to understand how much knowledge Mike Geary has on the subject.
He provides you with exercises that focus on the abdominal area that are not your typical sit-ups and crunches. He also shows which exercises that you thought would help actually to stay away from. I have found that many exercises were working against my goals.
Don’t make the mistake to think that this is only about abdominal exercises. Mike Geary shows that you need a full body workout to finally get rid of the belly fat covering your abs. Part of the workouts intention is to provide you with a method to increase your body’s metabolism.
Maybe the top selling point of Truth About Six Pack Abs is that the program is designed to work for men and women. This is because he is focusing on your metabolism and on fat burning hormones that is effective for either gender.
The workout program of the book works with your body weight or with using weight equipment. This was a benefit for those times when I could not make it to the gym. Each workout takes approximately 30-50 minutes a day depending on my pace.
The Truth About Abs recommends that you workout 3-4 times per week. This was a great revelation instead of trying to make it to the gym six or seven times a week.
Overall I am very impressed with the workout program laid out with The Truth About Six Pack Abs. You get a complete program to maximize your results.
