In order to get beyond fear-based living and manifest your true desires, it's essential to know the difference between fear-based need and true desire. Fear-based need feels anxious, competitive, desperate, or insatiable. You will never feel as if you have enough, or are good enough. It’s a voice pointing out what’s wrong or needs improving. Physically, you'll feel fear-based need in your head or tightness in your chest. True desire comes from your heart or center. When you realize your true desire it feels calm, exciting and creative.

If you live in a fear-based reality, unconsciously you will react to fear, taking you deeper and deeper into unhappiness or even depression. Your life is created unconsciously based on what you fear most, not what you want most. Conscious Creating is the only way to ensure you're living from your true desire and on your way to happiness and fulfillment.

When you Consciously Create, it engages the infinite potential of the Universe allowing you to manifest your desires in every day life. To Consciously Create, first you must see what you want to create through visualization. Embody your true desires by feeling and experiencing in the present moment what you want to create in your future. In other words, live today as if your true desires are already a reality.
