Pregnancy is the most awaited time in the life of a couple. It’s a start of new generation, new addition in the family and also a responsibility for life. Getting pregnant is beautiful but it is also a memorable as well as a stressful period in a women’s life. Being cautious in the early stages only will only be benefit able to you and your child. Some women get pregnant quickly but for some women it’s not that easy. It’s not necessary that whether you planned a child or not or you’re already pregnant, there are many think abouts when you are actually experiencing pregnancy. Pregnancy month by month progresses and in order to have a healthy child and peaceful pregnancy, women should follow certain norms. Having a baby at the right time is as important as delivering the baby in due time and healthy. Expecting mothers should always maintain a nutritious diet during pregnancy, as it helps the fetus to grow properly and fast. Good eating habits and proper care will help them in having a peaceful pregnancy period. Green vegetables, fruits, milk and milk products in adequate amount and folic acid are the appropriate food for pregnant women. Folic acid is taken as it helps in reducing the risk of deformed body parts in the baby. Getting pregnant and thinking about the bundle of joy that you will be taking in your arms few months down the line only makes every expecting mother excited and anxious at the same time. Pregnancy lasts for whole nine months and during this period and for all this time, your diet is the most important as it will fulfill your requirements and for your unborn baby nourishment. Stay active, happy and meet new people at this time, as it reflects on your unborn too. If you’re expecting then it is recommended to maintain a pregnancy calendar. Now what actually is a pregnancy calendar? Well, it is a kind of record of all the significant events and changes that affect both you and your baby! Just think how exciting it will for both you and your husband to read, as it what transformation exactly your baby is taking into. Basically, a simple way to keep a tab on your unborn progress. Pregnancy month by month becomes more and more uneasy for some women as they start having all the symptoms such as nausea, morning sickness, food cravings and fatigue.
