Client are always asking about the best industries and best jobs – where they can find the most opportunities, what jobs pay the highest salaries, what companies are currently hiring, and where the greatest job growth will be in the near future.

Glassdoor is a prominent and highly-respected online career community. The company offers a growing database of six million company reviews, CEO approval ratings, salary reports, interview reviews and questions, benefits reviews, office photos and more. Unlike other jobs sites, all of this information is provided entirely by those who know a company best – the employees!

This week, Glassdoor released a report titled, “The Inaugural Best Jobs in America for 2015.” This information is extremely important to anyone who is in job search or who is committed to intelligent career planning – so I decided to share it all with you in this month’s edition of “Your Career Advocate.”

The report identifies the 25 best jobs to have this year based on each job’s “Glassdoor Job Score.” The score is determined by three key factors: (1) earning potential; (2) career opportunity rating; and (3) number of job openings. Results represent jobs that stand-out across all three of these criteria.
