Goa – A Place that never disappoints anyone

I’m from Delhi – the capital and perhaps the most vibrant city of India. The region I belong to features mostly mountains, plains and deserts, and sea or beaches are far away from it. So, like the most of North Indians, what entice me the most are the sea-shores and beaches. I have been curious to know how the beaches look like, what characteristics and size they acquire and why people consider them highly fun-filled and pleasurable to visit on. And that’s what made me decide to opt for trip to Goa last month. rnI stayed in Goa for over two weeks, and this was enough to understand the true essence of this heavenly beautiful land. I never realized that a place can be such beautiful in reality, as I usually heard people saying that what is shown in images and videos differs a lot from the reality. But I found Goa completely opposite to that. Marvelous beaches here really postcard-picturesque fringed with alluring setting of palm trees. Arousing waters of Arabian Sea cast a magical spell, and can easily leave onlookers mesmerized. Beaches like Anjuna, Calangute, Baga and Vagator look stunning with their ideal combination of sun, sea and sand. Long stretches of coco huts and artistically designed beach resorts here never fails to impress the hearts of visitors. And shopping, cuisines and water funs at Goa beaches are truly hard to surpass over. rnAlong with that, visit to its historical gems including churches, forts, temples and colonial ruins adds pleasure to one’s trip to Goa. I visit to the famous Old Goa Church, Aguda Fort, Archeological Museum and Port Gallery and Chapora Fort. Day by day, Goa is getting a new shape – bustling, modern and busy behind money. People from North India come here and buy properties to establish new buildings and complexes. It’s unfortunate but true that Goa is turning to a concrete jungle with debris and garbage everywhere. Crime rate in the state is going up considerably, and drug dealers are moving freely. Though parties are fun-filled and attractive, many restrictions have been imposed on them from government authorities. Even after such sorts of drawbacks, Goa is always Goa – a place that never disappoints anyone. Visit to this little heaven surely means a unique experience in the lap of nature and luxury. If you have money, Goa has unending joy for you. If you’re a first time visitor, I would suggest you to reserve your tour facilities in advance; especially if you visit here in peak season.
