So a gout diet includes those foods that help in controlling uric acid production. It eliminates high-purine foods that contribute in increase levels of uric acid in the body. If you want to eat them, consume them in moderation. • Consume dairy product: Researchers have found that if people drink the skim or low- fat milk can help them in reducing the risk of gout.
