Valueshare Vacation Club is a wholly owned subsidiary of 7M Hospitality Inc., a Nevada Sub-S Corporation. Our officers have hospitality skills and more than 35 years of combined experience in operations and management of hotels/motels. rnCurrently, 7M Hospitality is actively perusing to acquire a very large hotel and casino resort in Las Vegas, NV. The resort has over 2,965 rooms including: 305 one and two-bed room suites, 40,000 sq ft of gaming space, 200,000 sq. ft. of convention space and many amenities. rnValueshare Vacation Club members will receive a certificate to enjoy week or two weeks' Great Summer Vacations in this resort for 25 years, making only one-time contribution. Members will also receive many benefits, which will be spelled out on the membership certificate. The contribution made by member, plus fringe benefits given by the club, will make membership worth 5 times their original contribution. For example, if a member contribute for one week of vacation that's good for 25 years for $7,000, his or her Valueshare Certificate will become worth $31,575 because of the value added fringe benefits. rnValueshare Vacation Club members will also participate in profit sharing in the form of dividends (2% on their subscription) paid in cash every year. At the end of the 25th year, ValueShare Vacation Club will return the member's original contribution in form of shares of 7M Hospitality Inc. Thisunique resort endeavor is unlike any traditional timesharing. Essentially, this business model is a win/win situation.
