Right now, on this planet, we have more good things than we have every had before… let’s look at the good and be happy. It is said in all the spiritual texts that we are to be happy and joyful and see the good in everything… and be like a child which are always happy.

Right Now We Have the Following

More Food Than Ever Before - Right now, we have more food on the planet than at any other time in the history of the world. In fact, in the US more people are dying of having too much food which is just the opposite.

More Rights Than at Any Other Time in History - Right now, we have more rights than at any other time in the history of the planet. Just think, what it would have been like to have lived during the middle ages with no rights of any kind.

Fast and Free Communications - Right now, we have the fastest communications network in the world. Not that long ago a letter would take a month to travel across the Atlantic ocean to a loved one in Europe. And if a person goes to a mall they can get free Wifi access and not have to pay a dime to get connected… and some cities now have free access to Wifi everywhere. And with apps like Skype and other ways of communicating a person can talk to anyone around the world for free.

We are Free to Choose Our Vocation - Right now, we have more flexibility in doing what we want to do for work than at any other time in the course of history. If a person was bo
300 years ago there was no choice at all. A person had to do whatever their father did that was a given… and women had no rights of any kind.

More Advancements in Medicine - Right now, we have so many advancements in medicine that save millions of lives daily. Only 50 years ago many of those advancements didn’t exist and thus we are pretty lucky.

It’s Much Easier to Travel - Right now, people can travel all over the world, and I know people who have traveled almost everywhere with little money. That was not possible 100 years ago… and before that traveling took days, weeks, and even months to get somewhere.

Free Things to Do - Right now, we have more art and cultural events that are free to enjoy than at any other time in the history of the planet. Not long ago I was able to go to the Smithsonian Museums in Washington DC and it’s amazing that all of those beautiful buildings full of art and natural history are open to the public for free.

I could make this list go on forever but I think we all get the point… we have so much more right now yet we complain more than every. But in some ways, that’s normal human behavior… but complaining doesn’t help anything. Those who are making positive changes in the world are looking at the good and deciding that they too can make a contribution to the wellbeing of the planet.

So let’s focus on the good and reach out and make a difference in the wellbeing and growth of humanity.

I know we can do it!

Many Blessings to Everyone
