When was the last time you learned something?

If you hated school, the word "learn" may strike fear into your heart, but there are many ways to learn, and a multitude of unscary subjects with which to flex our brain muscle.

Learning keeps you growing, and if you're not growing - you're dying, so you may want to take a minute to read on and make the most of your Happy Life.
You know what you know.

BUT, do you know what you DON'T know?

There's a whole world of stuff out there that you don't know.

Sure, there's probably heaps of stuff (technical term) that you do know, too.

No matter how much you know, there's heaps more stuff you COULD know, if you wanted to.

Stop and think for a moment. Isn't there some knowledge you wish you possessed?

Don't you harbour a burning desire to see how some things work, or to gain the ability to make things, or to just learn about something?

Aren't you curious about something in this world (or another)?

Is there something you could learn which would improve your Happy Life?

Maybe you could learn something just for fun? The beauty of learning is that WHAT you learn may be irrelevant. The way you learn and just the act of learning is reward enough.

I must admit to being one of those people who try to bring an element of fun to almost anything. So when I recently returned to school for a few weeks, I did so on my brand new bicycle! I was also very fortunate to share the classroom with fun people, and hilarious teachers who made the learning experience a grin, a giggle, or a guffaw!

But laughter and bicycles aside, just the learning itself is fun, and it contributes to your growth.

What would you like to learn?

While you're thinking, get out your bucket list and start recording all those wonderful ideas you've just manifested: crochet, astronomy, bocce, interior design, piano, playstation - whatever!

Now, go to it! Learning will keep you growing, happy, young and sharp.

You are on your journey to collect knowledge and experience. If you cease collecting you are not being true to your purpose - your life becomes purposeless. Drink in all that you can, while you can. Love
