Are there safe ways to grow your breast?rnSure, if we are patient and follow a systematic schedule. Eat healthily. Seems easy. But watch the food that you eat and have disciplined when you eat them. Remember what you eat will not only affect your breast but also other parts of your internal organs and outer appearance.rnThere are friendly and unfriendly food. Friendly food does well to the body and also enhance breasts. They are dairy products and protein. Examples of dairy products are cheese, milk, yogurt. Examples of protein food are fish, chicken, milk, eggs and nuts. Unfriendly food are sodas, sugar and fast food. You should avoid them. You have to remember the friendly food will eventually help to uncover your feminine curves and make your outer appearance to be softer, enhanced and healthier. Estrogen stimulation. Consuming food rich in estrogen will in particular stimulate the breast tissues and grow your breast. Naturally occurring estrogen, known as phytoestrogen is found in many common know food and they are categorized into three main groups, isoflavones, lignans and coumestans. rnExamples of isoflavones are soy and soya beans products. Examples of lignans are apricots and strawberries.
