Training is given free of charge by the company. • With the initiative of Confederation of Indian Industries (Cll), Pune Chapter, Sigma rnThe Electric company started Finishing School under which they provide free of charge training to students of every branch in soft skill and personality development. • At the central level, In house training on Soft Skill, Personality Development, Group Discussion, Resume Writing, Interview Skills, and Aptitude test is provided to the students.
