There are hundreds and thousands of people who have a strong desire to grow taller. Many even go to desperate means to add just a few more inches to their stature. Some people go through expensive and painful surgeries to lengthen their legs or spine. Many swallow different pills or inject certain poisons in their system and hope to grow taller. With all these different things available to the person who wants to increase their height, which one is the best to start with?
The best methods to start with are the natural methods. The natural way is not expensive or painful but you do have to put forth some effort. By putting forth effort anyone could add a few more inches to their stature.
The right exercises to grow taller have been proven to work when it is done in combination with right eating and good posture. As with all other exercise programs you must be committed to success NO MATTER WHAT. By staying committed you will have NO CHOICE but to grow taller.
Many have failed to reach their goal because when they started they were over zealous. They worked hard for about 2 weeks without letting their body to rest. You must give your body time to rest and recuperate. Do not over due!
Now the best and simplest exercise to do to grow taller is stretching exercises. These type of exercises are great because anyone at any fitness level or age could do them. They are simple, easy to follow, and they have been proven to work!
The first stretching exercise we will look at is called the cobra. To do this exercise lay down on the floor on your stomach. Fold your elbows in at your side, put your hands under your shoulders, and push your feet to the floor.
Lift your head up to look at the ceiling and at the same time push your body up with your arms as if you were doing a push-up. Do this exercise at least 10 times.
The next stretch is called the deep chest and back stretch. This is one of the best stretching exercises to do when trying to grow taller. To do this exercise stand facing a wall with your feet together and put your hands flat on the wall. Take a full deep breath and fill you lungs with air. Breath out slowly and lower your chest by bending at the hips. This specific exercise helps lengthens your spine which will add inches to your stature.
By doing these specific exercises combined with right foods and proper sleeping you will eventually see amazing results! Always remember that it is possible for anyone to gain height no matter if they haven't grown in years!
