Nutrition is an important part of growing tall. They go hand in hand because if you don’t allow your body to have the nutrients that it needs, your body will not be able to grow taller. There are a few things you need to know when you are looking to get the right nutrients for your body.
You want to look for the right vitamins or the right foods that have these vitamins in them so your body can grow tall. Here are the vitamins that you need to have on a daily basis in order for your body to grow tall and strong.
Vitamin A is an essential vitamin to have in your food because is promotes the growth of your bones. It also helps with keeping your skin and teeth healthy. Vitamin A also helps to keep up a resistance to infections. Some foods you can find this vitamin in are carrots, milk, and yellow fruits.

B1 otherwise known as thiamine. This vitamin helps the heart and your nervous system to function the way it is suppose to. The best foods to can find this vitamin in are peanuts, rice and pork.
B2 is another vitamin that you need to promote healthy growth in your body otherwise known as riboflavin. This vitamin helps in healthy skin, hair and nails and is especially good for your eyes. The best food to get this vitamin from is leafy green vegetables, liver and eggs to name a few.
B6 is a great vitamin to have when you are growing up because this vitamin helps with muscle spasms and cramps in the legs and can stop the numbness in the outer extremities of your body such as hands and toes. Some foods that are high in this vitamin are the kidney bean, beef and cabbage to name a few.
Vitamin B12 is another essential vitamin that your body needs in order to grow strong and tall because it helps with the regeneration of red blood cells in your body and can increase your energy level. Vitamin B12 also helps your body with concentration and balance. You can get B12 from cheese, pork and beef.
