The hagiodoxy is the Seal of the holy glory. It is the way many people have tasted of the Holy Spirit today. And it is the way many people have received the Holy Spirit--more than just a taste of God.

When Jesus died on the cross the administration of the Holy Spirit began. It happened through His death exclusively. Before Jesus died, He was the only one with an immeasurably Holy Spirit.

After Jesus died, His disciples received the Holy Spirit too. It happened during one celebration of the Pentecost and the Christian holiday is famed for being the introduction of the Holy Spirit to people.

The disciples and apostles had the ability to impart the Holy Spirit by touching people. Jesus had been able to heal people who just touched Him. And now His apostles had a similar ability.

They also were able to heal. And they also shared the Holy Spirit with their own followers, those they had brought to believe on Jesus Christ. Their touch was a holy touch, of holy affection.

You do not have this gift today. You can share much with affection touching of our friends and family. But you do not impart the Holy Spirit by touching your faithful friends today. Not like your forefathers once did.

However you can impart the Holy Spirit to other believers. And you can do this by becoming sealed. When you become sealed you become a fountain of the Holy Spirit, pouring it forth from within you.

The Jewish people have a feast called the Feast of Tabe
acles. This is where Jesus taught once when He was still alive. Where the authorities tried to kill Him and sent officers to arrest Him. Where they did not succeed in arresting Him.

The officers had arrived to arrest Jesus but He told them something strange. Something that threw them off guard. And they wondered about it. Until they were so curious that they had completely forgotten to arrest Him!

He had told them that He was going away. Where would He go to? The religious authorities thought He might escape unto the dispersion of the Jewish people among the Hellenic cultures of other countries.

They were after all trying to kill Him. And that was what they tried to arrest Him for. Would He be trying to escape? But He was not. He was talking about His death. And He was referring to the death of the sealed person.

When you are sealed you follow Jesus. Not to His death only but also to your own death. You give up your own life willingly. You do not have any reason to keep living. You have every reason to be like Jesus.

Then Jesus made a new claim. A unique claim. But to the religious authorities it was sacrilege. They simply could not accept it. He claimed that the person who believed on Him would fulfill scripture.

You believe that Jesus fulfilled scripture. And that is good, because it is true. He did fulfill all the prophecies of the Jewish holy people from the beginning. But Jesus said that His followers would also fulfill scripture.

The one who believes Jesus will fulfill scripture. For out of his belly shall flow rivers of living water. And this is where John the disciple helps us with a little witness of his own. The living water is the holy spirit.

And the believers would receive the Holy Spirit when Jesus died. So the believers receive the Holy Spirit by the sealed person today, who is in constant submission to his own death by taking up his own cross and following Jesus.

You too can become sealed. And when you do your body will become a fountain of the Holy Spirit just like the Body of Jesus and the sealed person. This is known as the hagiodoxy. n
