It has also been proved in many types of research that there is no problem of hair fall due to better protein level. Eat dry fruits, sea fish, eggs, dairy products etc. to complete protein deficiency. rnEat oats Oats are a good breakfast, it is also rich in soluble fibre, vitamin B and amino acids. All these are a very effective diet for thyroid. If there is a sufficient amount of vitamins and amino acids in the body, then the problem of hair fall will be less.
