Hannah Brown going from ‘Bachelorette’ to ‘Dancing with the Stars’?

We’ll soon know if “The Bachelorette” can dance. Hannah Brown To Going To Bachelor In Paradise and showed off a few moves during her season as lead on the reality show, but we’ll see what she’s really made of on the upcoming 28th season of “Dancing with the Stars,” according to E! News and Us Weekly. Her partner is not yet known. ABC also has yet to confirm, wanting to reveal the full cast on Wednesday morning on the network’s “Good Morning America.” The “Dancing” Instagram account recently posted a teaser pic for the new cast, with many guessing Hannah as the future contestants. The Alabama native revealed via social media last week that things aren’t exactly fine and dandy following the ending of “The Bachelorette,” posting on Instagram to update fans on her state of mind in the weeks since her engagement to Jed Wyatt ended. “Honest policy: I’m struggling,” she wrote. “Life is so different. Since last August, I’ve been a pageant queen, a bachelor contestant, and the Bachelorette. I’ve been in love with multiple people, I got engaged, I broke off an engagement, and I shared it all with millions of people. My faith has been questioned by thousands who don’t know my heart, and my transparency with my decisions has labeled me promiscuous.” Blessed with a big personality, Hannah delivered some of the “The Bachelor” more memorable moments during the season before ABC named her the next Bachelorette. The Miss USA Alabama 2018 was also clearly well-liked by the other women, including her fellow Bama native Hannah G., and the way she handled her week 7 breakup with Colton reflected the poise it would take to sift through 30 men on a full season as the lead. Brown followed in the footsteps of notable Bachelorettes like Becca Kufrin, Rachel Lindsay, JoJo Fletcher, Kaitlyn Bristowe, Andi Dorfman and others. Also notable for Brown is that she became lead after finishing seventh overall in “The Bachelor” competition, much earlier than past “Bachelorette” leads have finished on their respective “Bachelor” appearances. So it’s clear that she left a big impression on viewers and the ABC brass. The Tuscaloosa native drew some skeptics during her first live appearance as the lead, stumbling through sentences during an admittedly awkward segment and making folks perhaps unfairly wonder how she’d do for an entire season. We quickly learned she was great. From night one to “After the Final Rose,” Hannah proved an assertive and lovable lead, strong-willed in her decision-making, especially when she finally got the information she needed to make the final calls on clowns like Luke and Jed. Her season had multiple moments that proved important lessons for young women and men about gender politics, women’s rights, faith, Southern stereotypes and more.
