Yoga has a number of branches concerned with different breathing techniques, practicing postures, meditation steps and much more. But, this is also true that all the branches deal one common thing i.e. uniting mind with the body. Some major branches include hatha yoga and other types including Raja, Bhakti, Karma, Tantra and much more. As far as Hatha yoga is concerned, this major branch of yoga is meant to support complete physical fitness and balance. Its major styles known all over include Integral, Bikram, Ananda, Ashtanga, Iyengar, Kripalu, Kundalini and much more. Please check out the following points: Ashtanga The Ashtanga style is designed to support the strengthening of musculoskeletal system along with balancing of energy flow of body. Coming with 240 poses in total, every pose is linked to enhance breathing power in order to detoxify the body. Other point of concerns for the said style includes three useful factors of body including strength, stamina and flexibility. Bikram One of the most popular styles is the Bikram yoga which is also known as power or hot yoga in Langley. The classes for this style is known to be comprised of 26 different poses designed to support balance and strength of the body along with developing muscle tone and these are the actual benefits of hot yoga. The style was discovered by Bikram Choudhury and is comprised of numerous breathing exercises. Ananda The style which is concerned with developing connection between the physical body and spirit is the Ananda style. The main factor that describes this style is the set of poses called as energization exercises. Such exercises are meant to support relaxation of different muscles along with enhancing the breathing capabilities. Iyengar One of the most commonly practiced types is Iyengar style of Hatha yoga in Langley. Main objective of this style is to correct structural imbalances along with skeletal and muscular alignment. Some kinds of wooden clocks and straps are used in this kind to support lengthening of body and breathing capabilities. Kundalini The style which is focused more on enhancing nervous strength of individuals is the Kundalini style. Various breathing techniques and related activities are followed to enhance nostril and diaphragmatic breathing. Thus, taking into account different benefits concerned with the above mentioned styles, it can be said that hatha yoga is an ideal way to maintain overall fitness of mind, body and soul.
