Seriously have you had enough of going through life wondering “Is this all there is?” How much longer are you willing to wait for things to change? Please acknowledge that waiting for things to change is no longer a viable consideration.
We have all at one time or another spent much time wishing and hoping for things to change. And if you look back you may feel you walked away empty-handed. Wishes and hopes although well-intended often failed to materialize. The good news is the search is over. In order for us to be successful and happy within our lives, requires that we make a decision to do something different. Doing something different involves being able to identify and positively resolve the causes of the inner turmoil once and for all. Doing something different also requires a willingness to take total responsibility for the quality of life that we are offering to our Self.
Waiting for someone or something to give you the happiness that you are seeking is an unreal expectation. Folks can’t give you what they do not have for themselves. Real happiness begins within YOU!!! Be willing to try something new so that you can eliminate the inner turmoil and replace it with inner peace and happiness. “Happily ever after” begins the moment we stop waiting and hoping for things to change. Honestly the time is now to let go of the inner turmoil. Say “YES!” and allow a magical transformation to begin.
The fact of the matter is thousands of people have stepped up to the plate and are transforming their lives. Folks are experiencing a total shift in their reality that includes feeling peaceful and harmonious at all times. People across the globe are now clearly recognizing that by letting go of their perceived limitations that they can be begin to feel happier and healthier. In truth, what if the only thing in the way of your being happy has to do with your belief system.
What if inner turmoil, and the associated limitations and excuses are what are keeping you from being at peace? Imagine the war against the bathroom scale, the media, your health, or finances were no longer areas of discontent within your life. Imagine issues related to stress, failure, financial conce
s, quitting smoking or other bad habits could easily be resolved. Well the truth is people are liberating themselves from feeling bad simply because they are choosing to open themselves up to having an increased understanding of what happiness is and where it comes from. The secret of “where to find” and “how to have” happiness are no longer a secret. This opportunity is available to anyone willing to apply themselves in a positive way. Folks are moving from grief into joy simply by releasing their stress, fears, and excuses.
Releasing unhappiness is what is necessary in order to experience this incredible shift. The problem is, more often than not, most people have read about, searched and even pondered on what they think or believe happiness is… It appears that many of us have pretty much accepted to some extent “What happiness is?” or “What we believe happiness should be?” is based in-part or entirely on someone else’s belief system. Most folks believe acquiring things (i.e. spouse, wealth, a degree or professional affiliation, an affluent address or job title) will give them the happiness they are seeking. In truth, real happiness always comes from within first and then extends itself into our exte
al reality (relationships, health, finances, etc.).
Perhaps in addition to reading or searching and never truly finding real happiness, you may have also tried conventional and alte
ative pathways in looking for happiness also where it isn’t. So many of us have tried things like counseling or working with alte
ative practitioners. We may have also tried, attended or participated in such things as dating websites, financial seminars, massage therapy, meditation, psychic readings, supplements, etc. And what initially began with high hopes, resulted in disappointment, with each endeavor. Folks regretfully accepted that in the long run nothing really changed. At some point they may have decided that attaining happiness or gaining relief isn’t really possible and possibly doesn’t really exist. In other words, people gave up on themselves.
What is it worth for you to be able to improve the quality of your life quickly and easily? We as humans have conditioned ourselves to believe that in order for us to have happiness that we need to get it from exte
al factors; therefore we keep searching for happiness where it isn’t. By going within, we can begin to experience real happiness. By looking for happiness where it is will greatly enhance the quality of your life. Everyone faces the same challenges. We all want the same things. We would like to have an improved relationship with the person in the mirror. We would like to feel better about one or more areas of our lives. We all wish for ourselves, our family members, and communities to be safe. We long to have peaceful, harmonious and loving relationships with others. We would also like to enjoy and experience abundance and goodness on a regular basis; and yet many of us still don’t know where to look or how to achieve these goals.
It seems that in nearly every email, magazine article, news broadcast and headline, folks are pointing out the fact that they are fed up. Folks of all ages are finally realizing that in order for them to take the next step forward in having a good life requires their taking responsibility for how they feel. Folks are beginning to let go of their limiting beliefs and self-sabotaging habits. Are you ready to join the transformation? This jou
ey begins the moment you decide to “look within yourself” for the answers.

***Avoid = Avoiding
Think about an Attachment and we may experience a nice warm-fuzzy feeling. We are of course attached to our family, our homes, our relationships, money, our beautiful stuff, and so forth. Think about an Aversion and what happens – instantly we are facing some resistance. If you are paying attention you’ll instantly notice a clutch indicating that there is something needing our attention. Larry Crane and the staff refer to “the clutch” as a pocket of negativity, ringing like a doorbell to get our attention.

Anger Can Be Positive
Although uncontrolled anger can be quite costly, when channeled properly anger can also be very positive. Among other things, anger can motivate us to work harder to accomplish our goals. This could mean playing harder on the defensive end in a basketball game, studying longer for an exam, or putting in more time when learning to play an instrument. Anger can sometimes lead to newer, higher level goals, possibly fueled by the desire to prove others wrong.
