*** Having a "why me" day?

Most of us have had one of those “why me” days. Sometimes we don’t understand why life deals us particular life experiences or circumstances. Rather than dwell in this analysis space that leads to negative emotional mindsets like victim-hood, make a conscious choice to play messages to yourself that sound and feel positive. Choosing a mindset of empowerment will result in greater awareness of how you show up in life situations and help you break patterns and cycles that no longer serve you in your life. You may not understand what these patterns are or what they represent but by tuning into how you feel and choosing to change your mindset you can put into motion a different life experience for yourself.

I believe we gain greater awareness by understanding self and exploring how we process our experience through our feelings and emotions. Staying connected to our definition of collective consciousness, God, in our daily meditation and prayer exercises also assists us in realizing we are part of something greater than our self. From this Source, we can draw strength and inner peace to get through the “why me" moments in life.
